Investment bank Jefferies released data showing that mining profits of listed bitcoin mining companies rose by nearly 20% in May, with MARA producing the most (950 BTC), followed by CleanSpark, which produced 694 bitcoins. North American mining companies accounted for about 26.3% of the entire mining network last month, an increase from 24.1% in April. US bitcoin-listed mining companies mined a total of 3,754 bitcoins in May, compared with 3,278 in April.
