London-listed Vaultz Capital (formerly Helium Ventures) announced the completion of its first bitcoin purchase, having purchased 10 bitcoins with an average purchase price of $104,621 and a total holding value of £774,570 (about $1.05 million). Vaultz Capital said the purchase marked the official launch of its bitcoin financial strategy.
