美国德克萨斯州州长Greg Abbott已签署《第21号参议院法案》，正式建立全美首个由公共资金支持的州级比特币储备。德州将拨款1000万美元用于购买比特币，区别于亚利桑那州和新罕布什尔州仅授权未出资的做法。配套法案HB 4488还规定该储备不得被挪用于一般财政收入。
