Poll: After the US airstrike on Iran, Trump's approval rating fell to its lowest level in office

According to a Reuters/Ipsos poll: Most Americans are worried about escalation in the wake of U.S. airstrikes on Iran. About 79 percent of Americans surveyed said they were concerned that "Iran could target U.S. civilians in response to U.S. airstrikes." About 84 percent said they were generally concerned about the growing conflict. The poll of 1,139 adults across the United States showed deep divisions within the United States over what to do next in Washington and also highlighted the political risks facing Trump. Trump's approval rating fell to 41 percent, the lowest level since he took office in January. The poll has a margin of error of 3 percentage points.
