伊朗官员：伊朗目前有权合法退出《不扩散核武器条约》

伊朗议会外交政策委员会负责人表示，根据《不扩散核武器条约》第十条，伊朗目前有权合法退出该条约。《不扩散核武器条约》第10条规定，如果缔约国断定与本条约主题有关的非常事件已危及其国家的最高利益，为行使其国家主权，有权退出本条约。该国应在退出前三个月将此事通知所有其他缔约国和联合国安全理事会。
