On June 22, the cross-border transfer was officially launched. Mainland and Hong Kong residents only need to enter the phone number or combination of account name and payment account number in the mobile banking "cross-border transfer" function module to make cross-border remittances. At the same time, they can flexibly choose the currency of receipt as RMB or Hong Kong dollars according to their needs. It marks that the fast payment system between the mainland and Hong Kong has been connected, and residents of the two places can handle cross-border remittances in real time in the future. On the same day, the first cross-border transfer service between mainland residents going south and Hong Kong residents going north landed in Shenzhen.
