On June 20, the first IEEE Global Blockchain Conference (GBC) with the theme of "Connect the World, Chain World - Create a Trusted Digital Future" officially kicked off in Jing'an District, Shanghai. At the opening ceremony, the IEEE Blockchain China Office was officially established and settled in Jing'an, which will strengthen the development and application of blockchain technology and international exchanges and cooperation. The IEEE Blockchain Conference Achievement Transformation Service Center was established simultaneously. The center will build an open exchange platform to promote the technology demonstration, pilot and commercialization of participating enterprises, implement the transformation and application demonstration of blockchain achievements, lead the technological progress of the industry, and promote the integration of blockchain and the real economy.
