Dominari Holdings Inc., a small investment bank where Trump's two sons Donald Jr. and Eric serve as advisers, recently completed two key transactions to help loss-making toy maker SRM Entertainment Inc. successfully transition into the cryptocurrency space. The bank first assisted its executive-managed fund to acquire a stake in SRM, and then facilitated SRM's transformation into Tron Inc. and brought in cryptocurrency entrepreneur Justin Sun as an advisor. SRM's share price soared from less than $2 to more than $9 after the transition announcement, an increase of more than 500%, and is now stable at more than $7. This series of operations has generated more than $120 million in gains from a stock investment arranged by Dominari last month.
