Bank of America: Investors' net underweight to the dollar is the highest in 20 years

Investors are net underweight to the dollar at 31 per cent, the highest level in two decades, according to a Bank of America survey, the "most extreme view" in BofA's June survey of global fund managers, with a team of strategists led by Michael Hartnett saying "the biggest pain trade of the summer is going long the dollar".
