"The deposit limit will no longer be increased, and the total limit will be $1 billion," said an official statement from the stablecoin project Plasma. "The system will remain operational as the deposit channel closes. Users can still withdraw at any time before the lock-up period begins, but the share allocated for withdrawing or transferring voucher tokens will be reduced."
