稳定币项目Plasma官方发文表示，“存款上限将不再提高，总上限为10亿美元。随着充值通道关闭，系统仍将保持运行。在锁定期开始前，用户仍可随时提款，但提款或转移凭证代币将会减少分配到的份额。”
