US-listed company Vita Logistics Technology Holdings (NASDAQ: RITR) announced that it is actively studying relevant regulatory details and plans to apply for a stablecoin issuance license after the Hong Kong stablecoin regulations come into effect. The company plans to launch its own stablecoin "RHKD", and the company also plans to issue a digital token "RBTC", which is pegged to Bitcoin as the underlying asset. Customers can exchange "RBTC" in Hong Kong dollars or US dollars. The company expects the token to be backed by 100% Bitcoin as a reserve (enabling 1:1 Bitcoin exchange).
