Israel Defense Forces: Attacked an Iranian missile launch facility

The Israeli attack on Iran hit surface-to-surface missile launchers and other military infrastructure, the Israel Defense Forces said in a statement Sunday morning. "During the night, Israeli forces detected Iranian missile launchers and launched strikes. In the past hour, the Israeli Air Force completed a series of additional strikes on storage and missile launch infrastructure in western Iran," the statement said. The Israeli Air Force released video of what it said were strikes on missile launchers, which showed huge explosions and billowing plumes of smoke. Earlier, Israel also struck the headquarters of the Iranian Defense Ministry in Tehran, as well as an oil depot and a fuel tank near the Iranian capital. Iran has not yet released the number of casualties caused by the Israeli airstrikes during the night.
