According to CCTV coverage, on June 14 local time, the reporter of the main station learned from the Iranian side that Ali Shamkhani, a senior adviser to Iran's Supreme Leader Khamenei and secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, died of his injuries on the same day.
