CZ: Does not own 90% of Binance and did not graduate from McGill University

Binance Lianchuang CZ clarified on the X platform that it does not own 90% of Binance shares, nor did it graduate from McGill University. It dropped out of school in its senior year to continue working, and finally got a degree at a distance education college, just to make it easier to get a work visa.
