A senior Iranian official told CNN that Iran would strike military bases of any country trying to defend Israel. "Under international law, Iran reserves the right to respond decisively to the regime," the official said. "Any country trying to protect the Israeli regime from Iranian actions will in turn see its regional bases and positions become new targets." (Kim 10)
