Galaxy Research Director: Decided to launch a new Lightning Network node

According to Alex Thorn, head of research at Galaxy Digital, on the X platform, he decided to launch a new Lightning Network node in light of recent events. He hasn't run a node consistently since around 2020 (and has been using LSP), but now it's time to launch a new Lightning Network node.
