香港特区政府财政司司长陈茂波在2025财新夏季峰会上表示，香港已推出了数字资产交易平台发牌制度、稳定币发牌制度，并正推进针对托管与场外交易的规管安排。“这个月，我们将发表第二份有关数字资产在港发展的政策宣言，内容围绕金融服务与创新结合，拓展数字资产应用的场景等。”（上证报）
