According to Binance's official announcement, in response to community feedback that some users engaged in unfair trading practices in the recent Binance Alpha Trading Contest, Binance has released a clarification of the eligibility criteria for volume inclusion in the ranking.
Binance said that only transactions using Binance Alpha tokens or Binance cash market tokens to purchase Alpha tokens will be considered valid and included in the ranking. Transactions that do not meet this criterion, including those involving unsupported or manipulated tokens, will be excluded from the ranking calculation.
