On April 28th, according to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers on April 28th, in order to standardize automotive data processing activities, protect the legitimate rights and interests of users, encourage leading automakers to play a benchmarking role, and promote the formation of a good environment for the whole society to jointly maintain automotive data security and promote the development of the automotive industry, China Association of Automobile Manufacturers and the National Computer Network Emergency Technology Processing Coordination Center are based on the "Several Provisions on Automotive Data Security Management (Trial) ", GB/T41871-2022 "Information Security Technology Automotive Data Processing Security Requirements" and other relevant regulations and standards, in accordance with the principle of voluntary inspection by enterprises, from November 2023, the organization of new automotive manufacturers 2022-2023 intelligent networked car data security compliance (outside the car face information and other anonymized processing, the default does not collect cockpit data, cockpit data in-car processing 4 compliance requirements, such as significant notification of personal information processing, etc.) were tested, among which 76 models from 6 companies, including BYD, Ideal, Lotus, Hezhong New Energy, Tesla, and NIO, met the 4 compliance requirements of automotive data security.
