Keystone Capital plans to raise approximately HK $5.30 million for the acquisition of virtual asset trading licensees

PineStone Capital, a Hong Kong-listed company, announced its intention to raise up to HK $60.70 million through the issuance of up to 36.546 million rights shares. Assuming that the rights issue is subscribed, the net proceeds from the rights issue (after deducting expenses) are estimated to be about HK $57.60 million, of which about HK $5.30 million will be used for the potential acquisition of companies that are allowed to apply for virtual licenses under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, or potential applications for virtual asset (such as cryptocurrency) trading licenses.
