On June 2, 2025, the Hong Kong Companies Registry issued a Certificate of Registration for Change of Name of a Registered Non-Hong Kong Company, confirming the new English and Chinese names of the company registered in Hong Kong under Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
The English and Chinese stock abbreviations used for trading the Company's securities on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "HK ASIA HLDGS" and "Hong Kong Asia Holdings" to "MOON INC" and "Hang Moon Holdings" respectively, effective from 9:00 am on 12 June 2025. The company's stock code remains unchanged at "1723".
