成都：全市范围内住房交易不再审核购房资格

4月28日讯，成都市房地产市场平稳健康发展领导小组办公室今日发布《关于进一步优化房地产市场平稳健康发展政策措施的通知》，通知指出，全市范围内住房交易不再审核购房资格。推广首层架空层用于公共服务空间设置，提高住宅阳台等半开敞空间比例，推动郊区(市)县开发低密度、高品质住宅产品，进一步加大高品质住宅供给。同时，全市商品住房项目不再实施公证摇号选房，由企业自主销售。
