NYDIG report: Trump Media Group and Semler Scientific may be the "cheapest bitcoin treasury company"

As new types of "bitcoin treasury companies" focused on hoarding bitcoin flood the market, how to value them has become the focus of the industry. Greg Cipolaro, global head of research at bitcoin finance firm NYDIG, noted in a June 6 report that Semler Scientific (SMLR) and Trump Media (DJT) had the lowest "equity premium to NAV" of the eight companies tested, at -10% and -16%, respectively. SMLR and DJT shares were little changed when bitcoin rose to $108,500 on Monday, while MicroStrategy (MSTR) was up nearly 5%.
