U.S. stocks closed on Monday, with the Dow initially closing down 1 point, the S & P 500 up 0.09 percent and the Nasdaq up 0.3 percent. Apple (AAPL. O) fell 1 percent, NVIDIA (NVDA. O) rose 0.6 percent, Tesla (TSLA. O) rose 4.5 percent and Circle (CRCL. K) rose 7 percent.
