On June 9th, the "Opinions on Further Guaranteeing and Improving People's Livelihoods and Striving to Solve the People's Urgent Worries and Expectations" proposed to promote the provision of basic public services by permanent residences. Promote "one city, one policy" in cities with concentrated population inflows to formulate implementation measures for the provision of basic public services in permanent residences, and promote qualified agricultural transfer populations to enjoy the same rights as the registered population in the place of migration.
