People's Daily Bell: China and the United States should be partners, not rivals

On April 28, an article in the People's Daily pointed out that whether China and the United States should be partners or rivals is the first fundamental question that China and the United States must answer in handling their relations. It is the "first button" that determines whether China-US relations can develop stably. Only when the "first button" is fastened can China-US relations truly stabilize, improve and move forward.
