Six categories of talents in Beijing and Shanghai can apply for the talent endorsements to Hong Kong and Macao. 4. Extension of the stay period of those holding business endorsements to Hong Kong and Macao. 5. Issuance of multiple "other" endorsements to Macao for one year. 6. Permission to participate in "Qin-Macao tour groups" to travel to and from Qin-Macao multiple times.
