OP_CAT protocol is about to start testing on the Bitcoin Signet testnet

Udi Wertheimer, a OP_CAT advocate and co-founder of Taproot Wizards, said the OP_CAT protocol would begin testing next Tuesday on the Bitcoin Signet testnet, the name of the Bitcoin testnet designed for developers to test its software, with no miners and no proof-of-work, creating a block every 10 minutes on average.
