According to official data from the People's Bank of China, China's gold reserves at the end of May were 73.83 million ounces (about 2296.37 tons), an increase of 60,000 ounces (about 1.86 tons) from the previous month, the seventh consecutive month of increasing gold holdings. (Gold Ten)
