According to Ming Pao Finance, Yuta Logistics Technology (US stock code: RITR) announced that it has signed a acquisition agreement with a consortium of bitcoin institutions to acquire up to 15,000 bitcoins through the distribution company common stock, with a total amount of $1.50 billion. The final number of shares to be issued will be determined based on factors such as bitcoin price, company share price and trading volume.
