EigenLayer's Redistribution feature, now available on the testnet, allows Active Validation Services (AVS) to redistribute forfeited funds instead of destroying them, opening up new use cases such as lending and insurance protocols.
The feature is currently live on the Holesky, Sepolia, and Hoodi testnets, and is expected to go live on the mainnet in late June or July.
