Payments giant Visa plans to partner with DCS Singapore, DTC Pay, and StraitsX in the Asia-Pacific region to launch stablecoin payment cards that support redemption through regulated infrastructure. It is reported that Visa has settled more than $225 million in stablecoins for participating customers, and the company also plans to expand its tokenized asset platform (VTAP) to more partners later this year or in 2026.
