According to Cointelegraph, Ukrainian police have arrested a man accused of hacking into the accounts of an international hosting company and using its servers for cryptocurrency mining, in an apparent case of "cryptojacking."
The cyber police of the Ukrainian National Police said in a statement that the 35-year-old man, from the Poltava region, had been looking for cyber security breaches at several international companies and gaining access to their servers since at least 2018.
