4月27日消息，io.net 创始人兼 CEO Ahmad Shadid 发推称，已恢复所有设备数据，并推出多个安全补丁，以通过 Okta Auth0 后端授权保护用户设备数据，同时所有现有设备都需要重新启动才能完成更新。此外在用户重新连接设备之时，官方将修复在此事件期间记录下来的每个人的正常运行时间问题。
