Nasdaq-listed bitcoin miner Bit Digital announced that it will invest $45 million to acquire a 96-acre, approximately 1 million-square-foot industrial property in Madison, North Carolina. The company plans to build a flagship artificial intelligence data center campus. It is reported that the acquisition fee of $45 million will be paid with the company's existing cash.
