Forbes lists 20 zombie tokens worth over $1 billion

On April 27th, Forbes published a list of the top 20 zombie tokens with a market value of more than $1 billion in the crypto field, including: XRP, ADA, BCH, LTC, ICP, ETC, XLM, STX, KAS, THETA, FTM, XMR, AR, ALGO, FLOW, EGLD, BSV, MINA, XTZ, EOS.
Forbes defines a zombie token as an asset that has little use other than for speculative cryptocurrency transactions.
For example, according to Messari data, XRP has a market cap of $36 billion, while Ripple's XRP spent just $583,000 processing transactions on its network for the whole of last year. According to Wall Street, this means that XRP has a price-to-earnings ratio of 61,689. By contrast, NVIDIA has a market cap of more than $2 trillion, full-year revenue of $61 billion, and a price-to-earnings ratio of only 37 times. For example, Ethereum Classic (ETC) has a market cap of $4.60 billion, but will generate fees of less than $41,000 in 2023.
Other examples include ADA, which Forbes puts in direct proportion to the popularity of its founder, Charles Hoskinson, but which is based on a lie. Hoskinson claims to have dropped out of his PhD program in mathematics at the University of Colorado Boulder, but the university claims that Hoskinson is only an undergraduate dropout. For years, Hoskinson has hinted that Cardano would work for the Defense Department's prestigious research arm, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, but there has never been a clear message. However, he himself owns an 11,000-acre farm in Wyoming and recently opened an anti-aging and regenerative medicine center in the town of Gillette.
