According to CoinDesk, the staking protocol Symbiotic has launched the Relay Software Development Kit (SDK), which allows developers to stake assets on Ethereum and verify the staking status on any blockchain. Relay is a generic version of Symbiotic's re-staking technology that supports building a security coordination layer for cross-chain decentralized applications.
Algys Ievlev, co-founder of Symbiotic, said that the technology solves the security verification problem that multi-chain protocol developers have long faced, without relying on trusted repeaters or custom infrastructure. By connecting to the Symbiotic network, Relay allows developers to configure cross-chain verification mechanisms to support the construction of bridges, oracles and other applications guaranteed by real interests. The technology is expected to become a new standard for cross-chain protocol coordination, reducing development complexity while ensuring security.
