According to official news, the first season of the Sonic ($S) airdrop will airdrop a total of 190.50 million S tokens to users to incentivize users and developers to participate in its ecosystem. The airdrop will also reward Opera history event participants, Sonic Arcade users and Shard NFT miners.
The first batch of airdrops will be open for collection six months after the launch of Sonic (around June 2025). Users can immediately receive 25% of the distribution, and the remaining 75% will be released linearly in the form of NFTs for a period of 270 days.
