New Fire Technology Holdings Limited ("New Fire Technology", stock code: 1611.HK) announced "Very Substantial Acquisition and Connected Transactions", stating that it completed the acquisition of the British Virgin Islands company on April 15, 2015, and the acquisition of BitTrade sales shares was completed on May 29, 2015.
Upon completion of the Acquisition, BVI Corporation has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of New Fire Technology, and BitTrade has become an indirect subsidiary of New Fire Technology. The financial results of BVI Corporation and BitTrade will be consolidated into New Fire Technology's financial statements. It is understood that New Fire Technology has issued consideration shares to the sellers of BVI Corporation and BitTrade in accordance with the terms contained in these agreements.
