In a keynote speech at the Bitcoin 2025 conference in Las Vegas on Thursday, Strategy founder Michael Saylor poetically praised Bitcoin and laid out his guiding principles for what he called "21 Ways to Get Rich."
"Satoshi Nakamoto lit a fire in cyberspace," says Mr. Saylor. "The timid will flee, the foolish will dance around it, and the faithful will add fuel to it, dreaming of a better world and basking in the warmth of the light of the internet. Many people will be afraid to see Bitcoin. They will never touch it, they will never benefit from it, and they will be left behind by the times. But those who really understand it will add fuel to it. Buying Bitcoin is adding fuel to the fire."
"Take your fiat currency and exchange it for bitcoin. Take your long-term capital and exchange it for bitcoin. Sell your bonds and exchange it for bitcoin. Sell your shoddy stocks, sell your shoddy real estate and buy bitcoin," says Mr. Saylor. This is the third way to get rich: courage. Beyond courage, Mr. Saylor advises viewers to have faith in bitcoin's potential.
