Bergen County, New Jersey to Tokenize $240 billion Worth of Real Estate Deeds on Avalanche Network

Under a five-year agreement with Balcony, a land title blockchain company, Bergen County, New Jersey, will migrate 370,000 real estate title documents, representing about $240 billion in real estate assets, onto a blockchain ledger. The system, powered by Avalanche, will serve nearly one million residents in the county's 70 municipalities.
