Telegram founder: Telegram partners with xAI and receives $300 million in cash and equity from xAI

Telegram founder Pavel Durov said on the social platform that Telegram has reached a one-year cooperation agreement with xAI, which will distribute Grok to more than one billion Telegram users and integrate it into the Telegram app. Telegram will receive $300 million in cash and equity from xAI and 50% of the revenue from xAI subscriptions sold through Telegram.
