Grey release announces the launch of the AI Crypto sector. AI will become the sixth sector and will include tokens that previously belonged to other market sectors. All other index criteria will remain unchanged.
The newly defined artificial intelligence sector covers 20 assets with a total circulating market capitalization of about $20 billion. At this scale, the artificial intelligence crypto sector is the smallest segment, accounting for about 0.67% of the total market capitalization. In contrast, the financial sector is the third largest sector, with a market capitalization of about $519 billion. Grey release believes that the relatively small size of the crypto sector reflects the early stage of many projects.
