On May 28th, on the afternoon of May 27th local time, Premier Li Qiang of the State Council attended the ASEAN-China-GCC Summit in Kuala Lumpur. The theme of the meeting was "Creating Opportunities and Sharing Prosperity". Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Anwar, the rotating chair of ASEAN, Crown Prince Sabah of Kuwait, and leaders of ASEAN and GCC countries attended. Li Qiang pointed out that China is willing to strengthen the tripartite partnership with ASEAN and GCC, discuss the formulation of a high-quality "Belt and Road Initiative" action plan, strengthen the connection of infrastructure and market rules, expand cooperation in energy, agriculture, artificial intelligence, digital economy, green and low-carbon fields, and promote personnel exchanges and people-to-people ties. China is willing to grant more visa facilities to ASEAN and GCC countries. Looking at the world, the three parties should strengthen communication and coordination within multilateral mechanisms such as the United Nations, safeguard the common interests of developing countries, take a clear stand against hegemony and power politics, and promote global governance towards a more just and reasonable direction.
