"We will use our cash and token reserves to fully cover the current off-chain stolen assets subject to the upcoming community vote to approve and recover the lock-up funds," Cetus said in a statement. "This includes a critical loan from the Sui Foundation to achieve 100% compensation for all affected users." Cetus implored the Sui community to support it and said, "We are well aware that this is an extraordinary request due to our actions, but we believe this is the best decision for affected users. Regardless of the vote result, the project party promises that the recovery work will start immediately, followed by a detailed plan."
