On May 27th, Xiechuang Data announced that the company plans to purchase servers from a number of suppliers, the total amount is expected to not exceed 4 billion yuan, mainly for providing customers with computing power leasing services. This transaction does not constitute a major asset restructuring nor a related party transaction. The transaction amount accounts for more than 50% of the company's latest audited net assets and total assets, and needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for consideration.
