协创数据：拟不超40亿元采购服务器用于算力租赁服务

5月27日讯，协创数据公告称，公司拟向多家供应商采购服务器，总金额预计不超过40亿元，主要用于为客户提供算力租赁服务。本次交易不构成重大资产重组亦不构成关联交易。交易金额占公司最近一期经审计净资产和总资产的50%以上，需提交公司股东会审议。
