The Blockchain Group Completes 72 million Dollar Convertible Bond Issuance to Increase Bitcoin Holdings

According to TheBlock, The Blockchain Group said on Monday that it has completed the issuance of convertible bonds totaling 63.3 million euros (about 72 million dollars) to further acquire bitcoin. The company also said in the statement that it plans to buy about 590 more bitcoins, bringing its total holdings to more than 1,400. Back in March, The Blockchain Group announced an increase of 580 bitcoins, its largest purchase since adopting a bitcoin hoarding strategy.
