ARK bought more than 4 million BITO shares late last year as a short-term investment in anticipation of the spot Bitcoin ETF's approval in the U.S., and plans to exchange them once approved. ARK sold its last batch of BITO shares in the past week, following a sustained sale in January.
The investment firm sold 237,983 BITO shares of its ARKW at Thursday's closing price of $28.22, worth $6.70 million.
